-Managing the Animation Department.
-Planning and Scheduling Work instructions for the production floor.
-Import Sparton's SolidWorks CAD models into Maya. Then rebuilding them with a perfect Topology replacement mesh, that can be used and maintained in MAYA, SAP 3D Visual Enterprise and UNITY.
-Create new Models- Scene Props to Assist with Product or Concept Products that don't have a Drawing yet.
-Reducing triangle counts, creating UV layout per model, creating textures and material for each.
-Create Story Boards before Animating.
-Setup Rigs, Set Driven keys, and controllers for moving product parts to be animated in Maya. (Not main job)
-Animate product assembly steps in Maya to be used on the assembly line.
-Animate product assembly steps in SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author to be used on the assembly line.
-Importing Maya Models plus Animations to Unity, setting up animations for use in WEBGL, UNITY PC Standalone Platform.
-Organizing modular reference model system and naming conventions.
-Updating and maintaining the internal website for animated Work Instructions.
-Maintaining and Managing Agile processes within the animation department.
-Product Proposals, Art and 3D model renderings and demos, Graphic Design material for marketing.
-Product Trade show Videos and Product Animations, Art and 3D model Poster renderings .
-Create GUI (Graphical user Interface) for managing Work Instruction animations for manufacturing line projects. Plus company manufacturing audits.
